She has over 30 years’ experience of carrying out search, due diligence and consultancy projects across both the legal and insurance sectors.

Naomi began her career as a sales trader at a London investment bank before moving to executive search in 1994. As a Director of a boutique executive search firm she was responsible for numerous search assignments with particular focus on Europe, CIS, and Asia.

In 2008, she established the in-house search function at a leading independent insurance company, responsible for growing the firm from 500 to over 1400 people globally over the next decade. She personally led the recruitment of all executive and board positions (including the Plc Chair), the majority of key functional roles, and the company’s rapid expansion in both new and existing markets, including the US, Continental Europe and Asia.

Since 2020, Naomi has been an independent consultant, conducting international due diligence, search, and other complex research projects for global law firms and insurance companies.

Naomi has worked on projects across all continents, with her focus being especially on the UK and Continental Europe, the US and Asia.
