Megan is a Delivery Consultant at Fides Search, assisting clients with search and selection, market mapping and due diligence exercises. Megan joins Fides from Turner & Lovell, where she advised energy and engineering companies across the francophone market. Prior to this, Megan began her career in executive search at The River Partnership, working with management and strategy consultancies globally.

Megan completed her undergraduate degree at Durham University in Modern Languages and Cultures, reading French, Spanish, Russian and Catalan. She grew up in France and is fluent in French and English with full working proficiency across Spanish and Italian. Megan is passionate about learning new languages and cultures, and her linguistic and intercultural skills have facilitated her work with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds and locations.

Outside of work, Megan is a keen powerlifter and spends a lot of her free time in the gym. She is also interested in music and art and enjoys visiting galleries regularly.
