He has experience across the full spectrum of the Fides offering, with the execution of executive search, due diligence and consultancy projects for corporates and professional services firms from a broad range of jurisdictions. He has a core focus on General Counsel and Company Secretary mandates, which is supplemented by law firm Partner searches, giving Sershen a comprehensive and rounded perspective of the legal sector, and helping the clients he works for achieve their hiring goals effectively.

Before entering legal search, Sershen qualified as a barrister and worked for a Tier 1 ranked firm in their litigation team on a number of high-profile matters.
