Emily is a Senior Researcher at Fides Search, where she plays a pivotal role in delivering market intelligence, strategic mapping, and thought leadership to support client engagement. She leads the development of Fides Pulse, a flexible research and advisory model designed to inform strategic decision-making for law firm leadership. 

Emily rejoined Fides following five years at the UK’s largest Responsible Business network, where she led national campaigns focused on workplace inclusion and gender equality. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Relations from Loughborough University. 

Beyond her professional expertise, Emily is a dedicated athlete who has represented her country in Touch Rugby for over a decade. She enjoys an active lifestyle, often found training, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with her dog and husband.
