A dollar a second? Hourly rates rocket at top global firms

Average hourly rates for law firm partners increased by 5.1% in 2024, marking the second-highest annual rise since CounselLink began publishing the report in 2013. This figure is only slightly below the 5.4% increase seen in 2023, which was described as a significant post-pandemic surge.
