Mathew Parker

Mathew is a Consultant at Fides Search. He dedicates his time to working with clients on their key strategic hires within TMT.
Mathew carries out search, due diligence and consultancy projects for law firms clients, established and emerging tech companies and financial institutions.
Mathew has a keen interest in emerging technology such as blockchain and crypto assets. He also has a further focus on niche areas such as data privacy and cyber security.
Mathew divides his time between working for law firm clients and in-house legal teams. Which gives him good visibility of the entire legal eco system.
Prior to joining Fides Search Mathew lived and worked in the UAE for 10 years, where latterly he served as a Director of Instruction at one of the worlds top 50 golf courses focusing on building academies, developing the game at grass roots and elite level.
Most importantly Mathews highlight was leading the UAE Special Olympics team in 2019 to 5 medals including a Gold medal. Mathew retains his passion for making the game more inclusive at all levels of abilities and will be leading our CSR initiatives in the future.

Mathew works with clients on assignments across the UK, continental Europe and the Middle East. He has spent a considerable amount of time on the ground in different jurisdictions this includes Germany and the UAE . He also speaks fluent German.
