Esha is a Researcher at Fides Search, focusing on assisting clients with search and selection, market research and due diligence. She completed her undergraduate degree in Law at UCL, during which she completed a range of valuable vacation schemes, providing her with a unique perspective into the legal field and refining her skillset. She was also an active member of societies such as debate and kickboxing.

Outside of work, Esha loves to try new things, having recently dabbled in salsa, archery and axe-throwing. She is also an avid reader, as well as a fan of the arts, with a fondness for theatre.

Esha predominantly works on projects in the UK and Ireland, supporting the team on searches in other jurisdictions wherever possible.
