She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter, where her studies focused on human behaviour, cognitive processes, and interpersonal dynamics insights that she applies to her work in talent acquisition. Daniella has also previously worked in recruitment, gaining valuable experience in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management, which has enabled her to develop a well-rounded understanding of the hiring lifecycle.

Outside of work, Daniella has a variety of interests that keep her balanced and inspired. She enjoys reading, particularly psychology and non-fiction books, as well as running and hiking, which allow her to stay fit and clear her mind. Daniella is also passionate about knitting, using it as a creative outlet to unwind. Whether it’s spending time outdoors or crafting in her spare time, she is always seeking new ways to engage both mentally and physically.
