He gained his first experience in recruitment across two international firms, after completing his undergraduate degree in Law at University of Exeter. He then completed his training contract at a leading City firm and qualified into their tier 1 banded mid-market commercial real estate team, where he spent three years working across investment and development transactions and general asset management.

Charlie has returned to recruitment at Fides where he now utilises his legal network and private practice experience to deliver strategic senior hires for clients. He recognises the importance of dedicated expertise across targeted areas and helps clients to achieve success in competitive areas of the market. Charlie holds a deep interest in emerging sectors, including the intersection of A.I with defence and digital infrastructure where capital deployment is accelerating and senior talent remains scarce.
