As a Delivery Consultant, Will works through all stages of the executive search process, from client briefing and market mapping to facilitating final discussions between candidates and clients. Mandates in which Will has been involved have included advising clients on office openings, team moves, and individual search and selection across various functions.

Will previously spent over three years with a boutique public relations firm advising clients at the C-suite level in banking, technology, mining, and metal firms across Europe, Africa, and the Americas. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Bristol in 2016, where he employed his natural curiosity by studying societal change and the people who drive it.

Outside of work, Will is a keen real tennis player, continues to indulge an interest in history, and enjoys cooking for family and friends.

Will has worked with international law firms, advising clients on search across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East.
