Syed carries out search, due diligence and consultancy projects for professional services firms, technology sector clients, family offices, VC fund and financial services firms. In addition to his role as head of our venture capital and corporate technology practice, Syed has vast experience recruiting across a range of skillsets including corporate, litigation and arbitration, fraud and white-collar crime, IP, restructuring, energy, projects and finance.

Before entering legal search, Syed was called to the Bar at Lincolns Inn in 2006. Outside of work Syed is a long-suffering Southampton FC fan and father to two young daughters as well as being an amateur political heckler.

With experience across multiple jurisdictions Syed works across the US and EMEA with a particular focus on France, Germany, North America and Singapore.
